About The Event
The Strongman Deadlift Championship 2026, presented by Fit Hit Gyms, is a strength competition focused on one of the most demanding movements in strength training—the deadlift. Scheduled for Sunday, 25 October 2026, the championship invites participants to step onto the platform and compete within their respective bodyweight categories. The competition features five weight categories: 50–60 kg, 60–70 kg, 70–80 kg, 80–90 kg and Above 90 kg. This category-based format allows participants to compete within a specified weight range while testing their deadlifting strength against other competitors in the same category. The registration fee is ₹1,000. The overall cash prizes announced for the top three positions are ₹5,100 for first place, ₹3,100 for second place and ₹2,100 for third place. In addition to the overall cash prizes, category winners will receive a medal, certificate and gym accessories.
