Ghar: An Open Mic for Words by Tape A Tale
About The Event
Get ready for Ghar, an upcoming open mic experience at The Laugh Club, Chandigarh, on Sunday, 27 September 2026. Starting at 3 PM onwards, this 2-hour session brings a chit-based, non-curated open mic for poetry and stories to the city. Presented by Tape A Tale, Ghar is open to anyone who wants to share their own words, or simply sit back and listen to others', in a seated, welcoming format. The Laugh Club in Chandigarh, better known for stand-up, hosts this quieter spoken-word format for the afternoon. The session runs in English, Hindi and Punjabi, and is kid-friendly. If you're searching for open mic events in Chandigarh, poetry evenings this Sunday, or things to do in the Tricity this weekend, Ghar is a low-key, community-driven pick.
